She was born on Sept. 17, 1921, in Hamilton County, the daughter of Elijah N. and Lena (Tedford) Webb. She married Arlie Barker on Sept. 16, 1933, in Morganfield, Ky., and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Barker is survived by two sons, Robert E. Barker and wife Geraldine of Broughton and Gordan Lee Barker and wife Wanda of Demotte, Ind.; brothers and sisters, Ethel Mae Gregory of McLeansboro, Dena Young of Mt. Vernon and June Thomason of Fairfield; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchilddren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Eugene, Leroy, Delmer and Wayne; and infant son Johnny.
She was a home maker. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Broughton and was a member of Broughton Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Interment will be in Digby Hill Cemetery near Dale.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
