Laura was born to Charles and Mary (Anderson) Hendrickson in Rock Creek, MN on August 7, 1916.
The family farmed in the Rock Creek area and Laura attended the McKay and Rock Creek Schools. When the Rock Creek School burned down in 1923, she attended Pine City Schools for a short time and later finished her education at Rock creek when the school was rebuilt.
Laura married Herbert L. Anderson on June 8, 1940. They made their first home in Greely, MN and later lived in Stacy, Mahtowa, Rock Creek and Pine City.
Laura passed away at the Lakeside Medical Center in Pine City at the age of 94 years.
