Posey Bowman, 43, an ex-soldier, died at his home near Laurel Fork, early Tuesday morning, after an illness of many weeks. Mr. Bowman is the son of Mrs. Sarah Bowman, and is survived by her, one brother, William Bowman, of Filbert, WVa, and two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Dalton, of Meadows of Dan, and Mrs. Almintia Day of Filbert, WVa.
Mr. Bowman served with the American Expeditionary Forces in the World War.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday. Interment was in the family cemetery
