Mrs. V.W. Stephens Dies At Home Near Alfalfa Mon.
Mrs. V.W. Stephens died at her home northeast of Alfalfa at 1:15 Monday night following a sever illness. Funeral services were held at the Alfalfa Baptist church at 4 p.m., Tuesday afternoon by Rev. Skaggs of Eakly. Interment was made in the Alfalfa cemetery. The Alfalfa Rebekah lodge of which order she was a member, conducted special ceremonies at the home and at the cemetery.
Mrs. Stephens is survived by her husband and four children of the immediate family and also by her mother and three brothers.
