Elizabeth M. Martin, 98, Corydon, died Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, at Indian Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
Born Aug. 8, 1912, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Perry and Jessie Danner Kintner.
She was a member of Heidelberg United Methodist Church and the Heidelberg Ladies Aide.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman T. Martin; a granddaughter, Martha Bye; four sisters, Goldie and Nellie Calloway, Ora Smith and Allean Kintner; and a brother, Clyde Kintner.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Martin of Corydon; a daughter, Anna Bye of Corydon; a sister, Nora Bye of Corydon; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Funeral: Monday, Aug. 16, at 1 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home with burial in Heidelberg Cemetery, both in Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Jim Higdon.
Pallbearers: William LeClere, Keven and Gary Bye, Jimmy and Michael Martin and Billy Curts.
The family suggests memorial gifts to her church.
