KENNETH SHERBONDY--88:
died Wednesday [11-30] in Greenville Regional Hosp. He was born 10 Jan 1906 in Greene Twp, son of Reese & Katie Blanch Groover Sherbondy. Before retiring in 1968 with 40yrs of service, he was employed by the former Penn Central RR as supervisor on the railtrain. He was a member of Zions Reformed UCC-Greenville; a life mem-ber of Pymatuning Outboard Motor Club; & a member of Jamestwn Trail Blazers Snowmobile Club. His wife, formerly Elizabeth Vath, whom he wed 17 Jan 1929, died 4 Jan 1975.
Surviving are a son: Clair-Greenvl; 5 grand-children & 7 gr grandchildren. He was prece-ded in death by 2 daus: Dorene Sherbondy, Eleanor Kosnac; 4 bros: Robert, LaVerne, Harold, & Merle.
{Service will be held Friday [12-2] in Baird Funeral Home with RevPhilip Gamer-Zions Reformed-UCC Greenville officiating. Burial in Hillcrest Mem Park}
