Utahn Dies After Fall
MURRAY - A Murray man died Sunday about 7:15 p.m. after he fell 14 feet from the roof of a home he was working on at 5635-1915 East.
Eldon Apgood, 35, 5622 S. 1915 East, fell about 3:30 p.m. and was taken to a local hospital, where he died.
Deputy Ronald Cowdell, Salt Lake County sheriff's office, said the man was putting up rafters on the new building when he fell.
