•HIST: The child found on line named Thenal born about 1922 was not mentioned in Terre's obit.If he/she exsisted,he/she may have died as a child.

•HIST: I could not find a Terre in the ss index under his name or death date.I was beginning to wonder if Terre was the same person as Thenal.However with the obit stating he was age 37,It put him being born about 1943.In which was a big age difference to be the same person.

•HIST: I then found his burial records as well as Military records.His true name is Tarro Pitre Sr.,And when the birth date on Tarro/Terre showed 8 Aug 1923.It made since that Thenal and Tarro/Terre are infact the same person.So therefore I have removed the child named Thenal from my file.

•HIST: If for any reason he/she does exsists,and someone contacts me saying so.I will add that child back to my files.

•HIST: ***Note***I did not find records of Arnold or Sydonia buried in Cheramie Cemetery.Their son Terre was buried in Williams Cemetery,Which is a unknown location to me at this time.Most likely Arnold & Sydonia are buried at Williams Cemetery as
well with their son Terre.Williams is her last name and it may be a family burial ground.

•HIST: I was right on the burial location of Arnold and his wife.Their is a family cemetery named Williams Cemetery,It is located in Golden Meadow,Louisiana.

Arnold Pitre

Funeral services were scheduled from Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano at 2:30 p.m. today for Arnold Joseph Pitre, 86, a native and resident of Galliano, who died in Raceland Saturday at 12:30 p.m.

He was the husband of Sedonia Williams Pitre; father of James Pitre, Joseph Pitre, Hazel Hunter and Nevitte Doucet; brother of Pierre Pitre Jr., Mrs. Lodgar Duet, Rose Terrebonne and Mrs. Azeme Duet.

He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a son, Tarro Pitre Sr.

Religious services were scheduled for 3 p.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Interment will be in Williams Cemetery.
