At a very early age, Minnie professed her faith in God and endeavored to live a life pleasing to the Lord.
She was married to Guy D. Jaques on March 20, 1912, and they lived all their married life at Springview with the exception of their first year of marriage on a homestead near Wewela, South Dakota. For the past several years, Minnie resided at the meadow View Homes at Bassett and later the Hillside Manor Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1965; two sisters, Amelia and Louisa; one brother, William H. Kurzenberger.
Survivors are numerous nieces and nephews.
