M. R. Cornelius Meets Death At Work In Brownsville
Marion Russel Cornelius, aged 25, a Pennsy employe, residing at Juniata was killed while in the performance of duties at Brownsville, Pa., sometime Wednesday night according to a telegram received by his parents, Samuel and Harriet (Kocher) Cornelius, 823 Third avenue, Juniata, late yesterday afternoon.
The telegram was a mere statement of fact, saying that the youth had been killed while working and asked about the disposition of the body. Mr. Roher, of the undertaking firm of Roher and mauk, Juniata, left last night for Brownsville and will return today with the body.
The young man was born June 18, 1895, and is survived by his parents, one brother, Harry, of Juniata, and three sisters; Mrs. J. W. Dunn, Greenwood; Mrs. H. G. Scales, Juniata, and Miss Jessie G., at home.
No funeral arrangements will be made pending the arrival of the body.
