Gerlach Paul Flick was born in Germany and arrived in America September 23, 1751 on the Ship Neptune along with two of his brothers; John Peter Flick and Johan Martin Flick and another relative, John Philip Flick..
He married Anna Catherine Fabian on October 28, 1755 in the Tohicken Reformed Church in Bucks County, Pa. They had 11 children.
He served in the American Revolutionary War as a Captian in the 8th Co. 4th Bn under Lt. Col Nicklas Kern's Regt. North, Co. Militia.
He died on January 20, 1826 at age 97 and was buried in the Old Section of Zion's Stone Church Cemetery; Allen Township, Pa. (Kreidersville); grave number is unknown; there is a Bronze Memorial Tablet; Veterans Grave Registrar put up September 4, 1940. the Tablet was erected by the D.A.R.
