William N. Cook 65 died at his home Thursday after a brief illness.
Born in Marion County he was a veteran of World War I.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 pm Sunday from Bethel Church near Aynor by the Rev. Van Turner. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his widow Mrs. Marie Turner Cook, three sons R. C. Cook of Marion, Cecil Demetery of Marion County and Dortez Demetery of Dallas Texas; one daughter Katherine Cook of Columbia; two sisters Mrs. Essie Ammons and Mrs. Cantey Ward and one half sisters Mrs. Belle McDale all of Oak Grove and three brothers Harvey and Hope Cook of Oak Grove and Boyd Cook of Florence.
