Served in the Navy in World War 11,and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He left behind his wife at that time Claire F Persinger, two step children, Christine and David Crabtree and a unborn child .And his father whom remarried prior to his death.The child was born June 5 1957,she weighed 6 lbs and was named Bernadette Jane Persinger,who is me I am now married a mother of three and has nine grandchildren as of this date Aug 22 2001. This is dedicated by his daughter Bernadette in Memory of the man she never got to know.
