BRIARCLIFFE ACRES - Macon Remsberg Epps , 54, of Cabana Road, died Thursday, Dec. 24, 1998, at home after an illness.

She was born in Goldsboro, N.C., a daughter of the late Frank and Virginia Raine Remsberg. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Myrtle Beach.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, Claude M. Epps Jr., include a daughter, Bryan Epps Gray of Alexandria, Va.; a son, Claude M. Epps III of Birmingham, Ala.; a brother, Raine Remsberg of Winston-Salem, N.C.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Church. Burial will be at Ocean Woods Cemetery, directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway chapel.

Memorials may be sent to Franklin G. Burroughs - Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum, 3100 S. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach 29577.
