Jacobus son of Joseph Waldron and Aafje Heilaken born September 14, 1737.

The inscription on his headstone says his age was 91 years, 3 months and 12 days,
his birthday was calculated using Date and Time.com subtracting the above makes his date of birth Wednesday, September 14, 1737. See attached photo.

Regarding where he was born...according to North America, Family Histories, 1500-2000 for James Waldron, Daughters of the American Revolution Lineage Book : NSDAR : Volume 164 : 1921, he was born in Holland but there is no other documentation other than that and the dates they give are (1737-1828). He was christened in NY, see below, the record states thee family residence was Staten Island.

1810 Census they lived in Coeymans, Albany, NY

Captain James (Jacobus) Waldron (1737-1828) commanded a company of Albany County, New York militia, under Col. Anthony Van Bergen. He was born in Holland; died in Greenville, N.Y.
