Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Chmielewska [Chmielewski], also known as Mrs. Meleska [Meleske], who died yesterday at her home, 413 Richmond av., will be conducted at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stanley Brzezinski of 539 Richmond av. at a time to be announced later.

Burial will be in the family plot at Sacred Heart Cemetery. She was the widow of Anthony Chmielewski. Born in Poland, she had resided in Syracuse the last 55 years and was one of the founders of Sacred Heart Church. She was a member of St. Albert's Society, P.R.C.U.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ida Blair and Mrs. Brzezinski; two sons, Anthony and Joseph Meleske; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
