Goldie M. Ash, 79, a former Cedar Rapids resident, died Monday in Edgewood following a lingering illness.
Miss Ash had lived in Cedar Rapids from 1919 until 1974, and was employed as a seamstress. She was a member of Bethany Congregational church, where she taught Sunday school and taught piano.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Appleton funeral home in Edgewood. Burial: Edgewood cemetery. Friends may call at Appleton's.
