Mrs. Frances M. Altenbach, 69, of 341 S. Pierce died 2:30 p.m. Friday in St. Rita's Hospital following a six-week illness.
Born in Lima Feb. 24, 1900, she was the daughter of Michael and Margaret Ryan Gorman. Her husband, William, died July 10, 1964. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.
Survivors include three sons, Edwin of 2196 Idelwild Dr., William of 1408 Southwood Dr. and Ronald of 241 S. Pierce and 13 grandchiddren (sic).
Requiem High Mass will be offered 10 a.m. Monday in the church by Rev. Arthur Kuhlman. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery.
Friends may call after 7 tonight at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, where the ladies of the church will recite the Rosary 8 p.m. Sunday.
