PETER GINDT, SR., BURIED IN CEMETERY AT EDSON ON TUESDAY MORNING

Edson – Funeral services for Peter Gindt, 71, esteemed pioneer resident of this township, were conducted Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at Sacred Heart Church. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Gindt was born at Lomira Aug. 26, 1860. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Kramer in 1883 and to that union 10 children were born, one of whom George, passed away. Surviving members of the family are his wife and nine children, Mrs. Anton Schiesel of Stanley, Miss Elizabeth Gindt, Mineral Point,
Sister Mary Alberta and Sister Mary Florina of the Holy Family convent at Manitowoc, John, Peter, Joseph, Matt and Ben of Edson.
