Mr. Adams attended Sherman Schools and on 3 May 1943, he wed Miss Jennie Gilliam in Sherman.
He was a presser for One Hour Martini zing Cleaners and a member of the Progressive Baptist Church and the Fellowship 20 Club.
He was survived by his wife ; brother, James Adams of Tacoma, Washington; sister, Johnetta Adams of Anchorage, Alaska.
Funeral services were held at Boyd-Smith-White Mortuary Chapel, Rev. W.E. McGruder officiating.
