Born July 3, 1917 in Belton, Texas, Mrs. Riggs was the daughter of the late Wesley Jackson and Myrtle (Darty) Caddell. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy Riggs and infant daughter, Virginia. She is survived by her son, Wesley "Tuffy" Riggs and wife Ellie; grandchildren, Sharon and Donnie Gattis, Pamella Smith, Denise and Bobby Garrett, Kim Duncan, Grady Dean, Gilbert Dean, Kelly Dean, Sims and Sonny Walker; 21 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild and dearest friend, Zeta Boyd...."
