Kay was preceded in death by her father, L.D. Pryor; nephew, Melvin Scott Jr.; and stepfather Bob Biocca.
Our beloved Kay is survived by her husband, Gene Abney of the home in Moore; daughter and husband, Dinakay and Judd Aker, of Moore; son, Kirby Lynn Abney of Tulsa. Kay's glorious life included six grandchildren, Joshua, Garrett, Dalton, Kassidi, Karrissa, and Christopher. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Pryor Biocca; sisters and brothers in law, Gail and James Churchman, Comanche and Ginger and Bob Devine, Azusa CA. Three nieces, Gina Cruz, Walnut, CA, Linette Simpson, and Karee Presgrove, Comanche.
All friends and family are invited to a celebration of Kays life to be held at Living Word Fellowship Church, 3000 North Santa Fe, Moore, on Monday March 8th at 11:00 AM. The Reverend Mark Aduddell will be officiating. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM in the Duncan Cemetery located on south highway 81, Duncan, OK. The Family will gather at the home of James and Gail Churchman of Comanche following the graveside service. The pallbearers are James Churchman, Bob Devine, Clayton Presgrove, Alan Simpson, Duke Arms, and Rick Garrett. Honorary are Jared Whaley, Jody Whaley, and Billy Cruz.
The family wishes to extend a big heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of Crossroads Hospice. They also wish to express their appreciation to the Living Word Fellowship Church, and the many friends and neighbors for the prayers, food, flowers, cards, visits and phone calls that truly blessed our family during Kay's illness.
