MERIDIAN -- Eva Gentry, 86, died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 1993, in a Meridian nursing home.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel with Ron Slough officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery.
Mrs. Gentry was born April 30, 1907, in Eustace, Texas to Thomas F. and Martha Blue. A homemaker, she attended Northside Church of Christ.
On March 25, 1925 she married Delbert Gentry in Duncan. He died July 30, 1974.
Survivors include a son, Harold Gentry of Duncan; two daughters, Lynell Cordell of Kingston and Betty Daniels of Duncan; a sister, Carrie Rogers of Mesquite, Texas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
