SHELL KNOB, Mo. —
Jemel Marion Ardoin, 53, of Shell Knob, Mo., formerly of Pittsburg, passed away August 20, 2008 at Berryville, Arkansas after a lengthy illness.
She was born May 18, 1955 to Harrison Joseph and Betty Willard Ardoin in Seattle, WA. She grew up and attended schools in California. She moved to Pittsburg and married Billy Don Guiles in June 1971. They later divorced. In 2001 she moved to Shell Knob, Missouri. She is survived by one son, Keith Guiles and his wife, Carlita, two grandchildren, Alex Guiles and Peyton Guiles, all of Pittsburg, fiancé Timothy Corliss of the home, her mother, Betty Phoenix, of Drumright, OK and her sister, Shawn Tandy, of Shell Knob, MO.
Per her wishes her body has been taken for cremation and will be taken to San Diego, CA. No services are planned.
