Edward Stumpenhorst, 80, was found dead in bed Sunday morning by his daughter, Mrs. Blaney Waterbury, death being possibly due to apoplexy. Mr. Stumpenhorst had been about the day before and although he had complained to his daughter of a stomach disturbance had not considered it serious. Mr. Stumpenhorst lived alone and when he failed to make his usual appearance at the Waterbury home Sunday morning they went to investigate and found that death had claimed him during the night. He had been dead about ten hours when found.
