Joan Lee Block, 74, died Aug. 5, 2010, in Klamath Falls.
She was born at the Indian Hospital at Klamath Agency on Marcy 10, 1936 to Joe and Marie Fields Ortis. She grew up in the Klamath Basin and raised four children.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Churhc, the Moose Lodge and the Eagles Lodge. She loved bowling and went to state early in her career. She also loved to go to the coast.
She is survived by her twin sister, Shirley Ortis; children, Debbie Block, Billy and Dennis Block and Leslee Harris; grandchildren, Seth Beck, Sarah Yockey, Logan Jensen and Tara Jones; great grandchildren, Hunter Beck, Devon Yockey and Brooklyn Bean; aunt, Corrine Fields; and cousins Arlene Ortis and Bob Fields.
