LUNSFORD - BARLOW

Mrs. John Farmer and Henry Weaver presented a program of nuptial music.
Fern, mixed garden flowers, and southern smilax were used to decorate the church. Placed at intervals were candelabra holding lighted white cathedral tapers.
Mrs. Edwin Franklin was the bride's matron of honor and only attendant. She wore a dress of navy sheer with matching accessories. Her flowers were valley lilies and tuberose.
Ushers were Robert Bonner, brother of the bride, and Bernard Bush, cousin of the groom.
The bride entered with her father, by whom she was given in marriage and was met at the alter by the groom and his best man, his brother, Ernest Howell.
The bride wore an ensemble of navy sheer crepe. The lapels of her coat were heavy cream lace. She wore matching navy accessories and her flowers were sweetheart roses and tuberose. Her only ornament was a diamond cross, a gift of the groom.
Mrs. J.Q. Lunsford, mother of the bride, wore black crepe, with touches of rose. Mrs. W.D. Lyon, mother of the groom, wore navy crepe.
Immediately following the ceremony the couple left on a wedding trip to be planned en route.
