Sergeant Fred B Rogers, Missouri, Service Number 37235533, flew as a waist gunner on B-24 Liberators with the 67th Bomber Squadron, 44th Bomber Group. On 22 Feb 1944, while returning from a mission to Gotha, Germany, B-24J 42-100402 was last seen between Utrecht and Rotterdam, Holland. Presumed crashed in the North Sea with no survivors. (American Air Museum in Britain).
