Later married Marvel Graham Forster, Oct. 26, 1938, Salt Lake City. Member LDS Church, Riverside Ward. Retired Salt Lake City employee. Veteran World War I.
Survivors: wife; sons, daughters, Virgil E., Warren A., Mrs. Leah Rackley, all Salt Lake City; daughter, Mrs. William C. (Velma) Ray, Lakewood, Calif.; stepsons, stepdaughters, Ernest Foster, Alaska; David Foster, Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Shirley Draayer, Ogden; Mrs. Beverley Manazares, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Harry (Vera) Draigle, Long Beach, Calif.; 34 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brother, Herman Kohl, San Francisco, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Amanda Mauchley, Bennion; Mrs. Jane Doty, Midvale.
