Mrs. Ida R. Reich, nee Kern, of 1108 Washington Street, died Thursday afternoon at 4:10 o'clock of heart trouble at the residence of her son, Morris K. Reich, following an illness of three years. Aged 70 years, she was the widow of Grant E. Reich. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Congregational Church and Sunday school. Surviving are the following children: Morris K., at home; Irvin L., Lebanon; Mrs. Andrew Swanger, Lebanon; brothers and sisters, Charles and Morris Kern, of Mt. Carmel, Addison Kern, of Philadelphia; and Mrs. Grant Raup, of Mt. Carmel. Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. [Lebanon Daily News, June 23, 1939, Page 14]
