Cable News Cullings
Cable, Aug. 8- Frank Parker was born in Montgomery county, Indiana, Oct. 18, 1831, and died at his home two miles east of town July 31, 1901 at the age of 69 years, 9 months and 18 days. Mr. Parker came to this neighborhood with his parents from Indiana in 1836 and settled in this locality. In 1860 he was united in marriage to Delila Elliotte, and of this union were born nine children, seven girls and two boys, six girls and two boys surviving with their mother. The funeral services were held from the home Friday at 2 o'clock, internment being made at Swedona cemetery. Rev. John A. Gritha (sp) of Sherrard, conducting the services.
