Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday from the First Methodist Church here with the Rev. A. O. Arrington and the Rev. John Kitchenham [sic Kitchingham] and the Rev. Doug Williams officiating.
Burial followed in Columbia Cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, four daughters, Miss. Georgenia Hearn, Columbia; Mrs. Anna Moore, Monroe; Mrs. Mildred Eckert, Chicago; Mrs. Merrium [sic Miriam] McDaniel, Columbia; three [sic two] brothers, Iva Hearn, Columbia; the Rev. Elton Hearn, Ruston; two sisters, Mrs. Lee Rogers, Monroe; Mrs. Dosur Cutner [sic Docia Kuttner], Lake Charles and eight grandchildren.
