She is survived by her mother; her twin brother: Michael Farrell III of Edwardsville; a sister: Sierra Farrell of Edwardsville; maternal grandparents: M.C. and Jean Talley Montgomery of Lake City, Fla.; and paternal Great-grandparents: Emmett and Dorothy Farrell of Pontoon Beach.
Ms. Farrell was a sophomore at Edwardsville High School where she was an active member of the EHS Drama Club and chorus.
