DEATH OF D. W. Ronk
California Resident, Who Had Spent Considerable Time With Son Here, Died on Sunday
D. W. Ronk, of Manteca, Calif., but who has made his home with his son, Rev. A. T. Ronk, in Warsaw, a large part of the time during the past two years, passed away at 9 a.m. on Sunday, death being due to heart trouble. Mr. Ronk had been confined to the house for the past six weeks and for nearly a month his condition had been critical. He was 72 years of age and leaves eight children, George Ronk, of Leon, Iowa; Willis Ronk, of Roann, Ind.; Rev. A. Ronk, pastor of of the Brethren church, of this city, and three sons and two daughters, who reside in California. Four of the sons are ministers. A short service will be held at the home on East Center street at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. The remains will be taken to Turlock, Cal., for interment, leaving Warsaw at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
