Hugh Adams, who had been confined to his room several months
with pulmonary tuberculosis, passed away from among us April 17th. His remains were interred in the Hanners burial ground on the 18th. He was a good man, beloved by all who knew him.
He was elected Assessor for this township at the last election, which position he held at the time of his death.
The family have the sympathy of the entire community in their great bereavement.
