Tom Clifton Carr was the son of Thomas Koegh and Mary "Mamie" Brodie Carr.

Funeral services for longtime Las Crucen, Thomas C. Carr, were held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Evan Davies officiating.

Graveside rites at Masonic Cemetery.

Mr. Carr, age 64, died March 8 at Memorial Genera! Hospital. He is survived by his widow, Jane; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Ralliffe of Banderos, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

A veteran of World War II, he was former owner of Tom Carr Garage. A life member of Las Cruces Rotary Club, Mr. Carr served it as President from 1962-63 and as secretary for several years.

Pallbearers were Fred Widmoyer, Carl Morrison, E.J. (Buck) Wade, Serapio Nevarez, Ralph H. Stucky and Charles M. Johnson.

The family requests memorials be given to St. Andrew's Memorial Fund or any charity of one's choice.

Arrangements are under direction of Dennis-Getz Funeral Home.
