APRIL SEFSIONS 1848
In the name of God Amen
I ADAM BOLCH of the County of Catawba & State of North Carolina being of sound mind & memory Blefsed be god, do this 15 day of April 1845 make and publish this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following that is to say I will & bequeath unto my son HIRAM my plantation I now live on to be his after my death for which the right is already made.
I also will & bequeath to all my children what they have received from me heretofore
it is further my will that all my Personal estate not disposed of at my death is to be sold by my Executors hereinafter named and the money arising of said sale shall be equally divided between all my legal heirs and I hereby make and ordain my sons JOSEPH BOLCH & HIRAM BOLCH Executors of this my last Will & Testament in witnefs Whereof I the said ADAM BOLCH have to this my last Will & Testament set my hand and Seal the day and year first above written.
