Was the youngest son of M.C Cage Ray and Rachel Bowen Ray. Born in Clarskville, Arkansas and married Jewell K. Blanscet in March 1947 and moved to California. Survived by son, Bowen Allen Ray (1947); and daughter Alverna Ray(1950); granddaughters, Alena Ray (1980) and Melissa Ray (1981);great-granddaughter, Samantha Jewell Camberos. Surviving relatives reside in the Carson-Torrance-Lakewood cities of California.
