Miss Jessie Octavia Borthwick and Albert Chester Pitkin of Chicago, were quietly married Thursday evening, June 8th. at the home of the bride's father, Mr. M. S. Borthwick, 316 south Oak Park avenue. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. D. Barton in the presence of a few intimate friends and relatives. The maid of honor was Miss Lou French of Grand Rapids, Mich. After a wedding supper served by the Misses Lou Cheney and Elsie Pitkin, Mrs. and Mrs. Pitkin took a short trip across the Lake. They will reside at 316 south Oak Park avenue until September when they will go abroad for an indefinite period.
