Mr. Crawley died Wednesday, January 4 at Citizens Medical Center in Columbia after a short illness.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marguerite Sypert Crawley of Columbia; a son, James D. Crawley, Jr. of Altamonte Springs, Florida; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Ann Winters Crawley of Altamonte Springs, Florida; two granddaughters, Sharon Crawley and Diana Crawley of Altamonte Springs, Florida; a sister, Mrs. Rachel Crawley Rowe of Covington, Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Charles Martin, Charles LaCroix, Jerry Allen Duff, Jimmy Duff, Albert Lee Winters and Butch Darden.
Honorary pallbearers were Jack Carpenter, Elliot Branch Harry Busch, Hopper Nealy, Blaine Cobb and Greg Perkins.
