Baptized at Cooperville, New York, June 12, 1856, at age 14 months.

"MARRIAGES: At the Presbyterian Parsonage, in Beekmantown, Wednesday evening, August 17, 1881, by Rev. T. A. Hamilton, Mr. SAMUEL TACY and Miss ADELINE BLAIR, both of West Chazy."

Sentenced to the state prison in Windsor April 10, 1900, for sexual assault. Returns to Barre and his wife by the 1910 Census. By 1920, wife Adeline has future grandson-in-law, John Cummings and family living with her, along with her son Oscar.
