Mrs. Nannie V. Long
Clinton - Mrs. Nannie V. Long, 88, of39 Cascade Circle died Thursday at Hinds General Hospital. Graveside services are 3 p.m. today at Lakewood Memorial Park with Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home handling arrangements.
Mrs. Long was a native of Flora and had lived in Jackson for number of years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Miss Inez Long of Clinton, and Mrs. Virginia Bush and Mrs. S. E. Dozier, both of Jackson; sons, Robert Long of Atlanta, Ga., Julius Long of Martinez, Ga., and Roy (Tom) Long, of Everett, Wash., sisters, Mrs. Frances Turner and Mrs. Roses Jones, both of Jackson; and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was the second wife of my great grandfather.
