ANDERSON--Mable Jane Armfield Imel, 98, died Thursday in Heartland Nursing Center, Battle Creek, Mich., after a long illness.

Survivors include four children, Orval Imel,Earl Imel (wife-Elizabeth), Martha Baker (husband-Albert), and Vera Miller (husband-Richard); two sisters, Vernice Armstrong (husband-David) and Margie Beeson; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, South Chapel. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery. Calling will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
