Martha was married a 2nd time to Henry Thomas Huffman. He worked at the local saw mill, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and was also engaged in farming. He married Martha in about 1902 per the 1910 census which stated, married 8 years. In the 1910 census, Martha indicated that she was the mother of 4 children with 1 living which would have been Verna. However, the story of Martha is a very interesting tale.

Martha was about 10 years older than Henry. She was first married to Robert Benjamin Andrews in 1876, Trinity County, Texas. Together they had 8 known children up to 1899. Martha and Robert were enumerated in the 1900 Trinity County, Texas census. Then they apparently divorced and she left all of her minor children with her first husband and married Henry Thomas Huffman in 1902. Her first husband married again as well to Florence P. (Huntsman) in 1908 and she died in 1918, leaving Robert Andrews as a widow with a house full of children. Martha Ann's first husband died in 1929 and was buried in the Clapp Cemetery, Walker County, Texas. Martha's 2nd husband, Henry Thomas Huffman, died in 1941, no stone found. Martha then returns to Texas, died in 1953 and was buried, per instruction of her children, in the same cemetery as her first husband and had her tombstone inscribed as Martha Ann Andrews. The 2nd wife of Robert Andrews was also buried in the Clapp Cemetery and her stone is inscribed, Florence, wife of R. B. Andrews.
