Donna M. Kuklok, 44, of Millington, IL passed away suddenly Friday, June 15, 2001 at Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich.
She was born July 13, 1956 in Sandwich, IL the daughter of Germain I. and Edith A. (Sivard) Kuklok. She graduated from Sandwich High School in 1974. She was employed by AAA Chicago Motor Club in Naperville.
She is survived by her mother, Edith Kuklok of Millington, IL; one sister, Debra (Ben) Lawyer-Eaton of Plano, IL; two brothers, Wayne (Sally) Kuklok of Millington and Germain I "Jack" (Jan) Kuklok, Jr. of Norway, IL; three nieces, Melissa (Tim) Stillmunkes, Mandi Lawyer and Sara Tighe; and one nephew, Brandon Lawyer; three great-nephews, Damon Taylor and Riley; and beloved dog, Lily. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father Germain "Jack" Kuklok in 1999.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2001 at Turner Funeral Home in Plano with the Pastor Bruce S. Main of Plano Bible Church officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00p.m. until time of services at 7:00p.m. Monday at Turner Funeral Home, 3952 Turner Ave., (1/4 Mile West of Eldamain Rd.) Plano, IL. Private interment will be in Millington Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Donna's memory to help with expenses.
