"Mrs. Blaine Aldridge, 59, of 2114 South Yakima avenue, died Wednesday in a local hospital following a long illness. Born in Watauga county, N.C., Mrs. Aldridge had lived here 26 years. She was a member of Temple Baptist church. Survivors are her husband, Blaine; daughter, Mrs. Beulah Sandul; son, Jerome; and three grandchildren, Rosalee and Jan Powers and Gerald Aldridge. "

Her memberships included the Temple Baptist church. Surviving her are her husband, a son Jerome of Tacoma; daughter, Mrs. Beulah Sandul of Tacoma; three grandchildren, two brothers, Jesse L. Coffey and Stanford Coffee of North Carolina; three sisters, Mrs. Millie Bell Williams of Tennessee and Mrs. Ethel Berry and Miss Mae Coffey and a stepmother, Mrs. Fillmore Coffey, all of North Carolina. "
