Actually, he and Viola are not interred beneath this stone nor in Thatcher. Both stones are just memorials; their ashes were scattered. They were my grandparents and I knew them well and lived nearby them.
His name was Howard N. Blazzard, but the N was just an initial; we would joke that it stood for "Nothing." Because his son is Norse, many people thought that Grandpa's "N" stood for Norse, but it did not and does not. It was just an N.
