"Jacob Amon dropped dead at his home near Hendersonville, Mercer county, recently. He was a resident of Pulaski township, this county, all his early life, but with his brother, Freeman Amon, moved to Hendersonville a number of years ago and they have been very prosperous. The deceased leaves a wife and two sons."
