Patricia A. Bray, 43, of Kankakee died Tuesday at Riverside Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
Visitation at the Hertz-Thoma Funeral Chapel will be at 3-8 p,m Thursday.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Keith Ferguson will officiate.
Mrs. Bray was born Sept 17, 1942 in Kankakee, the daughter of Dewey and Elsie Line.
Survivors include a daughter, Dawn Bray at home; two brothers, George of Port Richey, Fla, and Donald of Holiday, Fla; and two sisters, Delores DeMack of Riverside, Calif., and Linda Lovell of New Port Richey, Fla.
Her parents are deceased.
An English teacher at Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School, Mrs. Bray was a member of the Bradley-Bourbonnais Education Association, the Illinois Education Association and the National Education Association.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Burial will be in the Shrontz cemetery, Momence.
Memorials may be made for funds of the donor’s choice.
