MRS. H. W. STARK
Mrs. H. W. (Lucy) Stark, 85, one of only two Civil War widows in Texas, died Monday in Gainesville Memorial Hospital.
Survivors are daughters, Lucille Fielda and Betty Hughes; sons Walter and Richard Stark; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. H. W. (Lucy) Stark was born Aug. 12, 1894 in Damascus County, Ark. She came to Gainesville in 1905, where she married William Killgore, a Civil War veteran.
She later married H. W. Stark, a wholesale druggist. She was a member of the Maggie House Garden Club, the First Christian Church and the Christian Women's Fellowship.
